What You Can Expect:

The Patient Relations Coordinator manages and resolves patient grievances in accordance with state and federal regulations. This role involves reviewing, investigating, and coordinating grievance responses in a timely manner. The coordinator collaborates closely with Risk Management and various departments, including medical staff, clinical, and non-clinical leadership, to ensure grievances are addressed effectively.

Facilitate the review, investigation, and resolution of patient grievances.

Collaborate with internal teams and Risk Management to resolve clinical care grievances.

Maintain documentation and perform data analysis on grievance trends.

Manage communications through call center, email, and mail during weekly coordinator rotation.

Assist with financial adjustments and reimbursements related to grievances.

Provide consultation to internal stakeholders on difficult situations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree

Experience: 3 years relevant experience
