IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

In this role you will be responsible for coordination of all Envalior Engineering Materials North American Raw materials purchases.

Places intercompany and external orders and tracks them in accordance with SAP PO/SO/STO flow master data requirements and material allocations, placing additional focus on orders that require expedited or more timely delivery.

Measures, monitors, and reports on delivery performance of suppliers to ensure raw materials are available when and where needed.  Looks for improvement opportunities in the execution of raw material flows.

The Role:

The Raw Material Planner will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials into the production process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining accurate forecasts for raw material requirements.

Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Utilizing our Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to monitor inventory levels and reorder points.

Analyzing material usage trends and adjusting forecasts as necessary.

Working closely with production teams to align material availability with production schedules.

Creating and presenting reports on material planning performance and inventory status.

In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining efficient operations and supporting the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in material planning or supply chain management.

Strong proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, along with advanced Excel skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in planning and reporting.

Proactive and adaptable to changing business needs.

Thorough working knowledge of SAP, BW, and Microsoft Office

Sensitivity to cultural diversity

Team working spirit and collaboration
