In this role, you’ll:
Issue landscaping purchase orders and change orders
Follow up with landscapers to ensure jobs are kept on schedule
Review ad publish landscaping bids
Receive homeowner landscaping warranty requests
Follow up with landscapers to ensure warranty requests are completed
Answer phone calls or emails from homeowners, trade partners and superintendents
Support construction with administrative and operational duties
Important skills for this role:
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to manage a variety of calls and/or emails daily
Perform various clerical and operational tasks
This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now. We offer competitive benefits after an interim period, (and have one of the best vacation parties in town!)
