You Will:

The Operations Analyst will take responsibility for managing our master data sets, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. With a heavy focus on proactivity and business intelligence, the Operations Analyst will utilize multiple systems and tools to quickly provide accurate reporting on multiple segments of the business.

Creates and prepares tables/spreadsheets and presentations focused on operational

data, operational planning, and related key performance indicators.

• Conducts research, aggregates data, and prepares effective reporting.

• Executes ADHOC requests for information expeditiously and accurately.

• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reporting timely.

• Through deep understanding of the business, utilizes multiple disconnected systems to aggregate information to assist in providing useful dashboards via Business Intelligence tool.

• Conducting quality assurance on imported data to ensure accuracy.

• Maintains communications and develops relationships with operational leadership.

• Involved in project plan teams to execute new systems and incorporate new data

streams into our master data.

• Analyzes report output to derive business insights and make appropriate

recommendations.

• Manages and processes confidential information within appropriate guidelines.

• Analyze Scanning Data and CORE Information

• Maintains Data Integrity and monthly DMCR reports as well monthly recaps

• Special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

• High level of written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• 3-5 years experience in Logistics or Mail operations

• Documentation and analysis skills with strong attention to detail

• Discretion and confidentiality

• Strong proficiency in Excel to include large datasets, lookups, charts, and pivot tables.

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other Office 365 Suite products

• Reliability and credibility

• Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and competing deadlines.

• Possess/maintain a valid state driver’s license and other FAA/Airport required

identification/seals or authorizations.
