Overview:
As a Insurance Operations Analyst – Retail Operations, you will be critical in supporting the Quality Assurance process of our Retail Division. This process consists of conducting internal Quality Assurance Reviews to ensure guidelines, procedures and best practices are in alignment with our Corporate vision as well as the quaility control proces associated with acquisition due diligence. The Quality Assurance Team oversees compliance with corporate initiatives and works with other departments within the Retail Operations segment as well as our Regional Leadership teams to mitigate E&O losses. This position will also require providing support in other areas of the Department.

What You'll Do:
Support the Quality Assurance Review team in the review process to include conducting individual file reviews and analyzing data reports from the field level to ensure compliance.
Assist with the ongoing implementation and compliance monitoring of various quality control initiatives.
Assist branches as needed with respect to any quality control and/or best practice related issues to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Full understanding of AssuredPartners standardized processes and corporate initiatives to ensure clear and consistent communication to the field.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Quality Control Manager.
This position may include travel, no more than 20% of the time.
