Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, guest interactions, and service quality.
Assist in training and mentoring team members, ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with managers to monitor inventory levels, implement service standards, and optimize operational efficiency.
Address guest feedback and concerns, striving to create positive resolutions and experiences.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong communication skills to effectively manage and guide a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to make informed decisions in fast-paced situations.
