Overview:

JOB TITLE: DHS Client Relationship Executive  

LOCATION: Hybrid; 2-3 days a week in ITC office when not meeting customers/partners or working individual actions; Must be willing to attend customer meetings, networking, industry events, and travel up to 25%.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Client Relationship Executive will work directly with the Vice President of Business Development, CGO, and DHS AE to support the maturation and strategic win of bid opportunities in support of ITC's federal customers. This position will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure bid success. The successful employee will be able to seamlessly build, mature, and win with a full and open pipeline for a middle market company, attend industry events for networking and relationship development, and build and mature client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Regularly engage with DHS customers and Teaming Partners and attend industry events to market ITC’s capabilities and identify opportunities

Identifies new business opportunities utilizing existing customer relationships along with resources available within the marketplace, such as GovWin, Orange slices, LinkedIn, and Sam.gov. Also identify opportunities by prospecting independently.

Directly responsible for development of the BD pipeline with identified opportunities that align to our capabilities, customer base, and strategic goals.

Works directly with the VPBD and DHS AE to qualify identified opportunities from the pipeline and development customer intimacy for each opportunity. Researches and gathers data that is meaningful to further enhance probability of win.

Partners with COO/DHS AE to manage multi-year DHS recompete strategy

Creates and maintains relationships with potential teaming partners, federal customers, and others to support an end-to-end win strategy.

Prospect into assigned agencies to expand relationships and increase awareness of ITC Federal and it’s capabilities.

Supports the VPBD with the business growth strategy and then devises an action plan with goals and objectives.

Work with Capture to assist in solution sessions, opportunity hand off, and customer/opportunity intelligence.

Work with Proposals to ensure the proposal is in alignment with the customer’s requirements.

Support ITC’s long term strategic plan and provide critical guidance in future initiatives.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED:

Experience working across DHS in a large business capacity (Full-and-Open opportunities).

Established relationships in USCIS, ICE, USCG, CBP, CISA, FEMA, etc.

Existing relationships with DHS leads at partner companies

Experience selling our services (cloud, DevOps, federal financial systems, enterprise IT).

Experience with incumbent capture and strategic teaming opportunities.

Must be willing to attend customer meetings, networking, and industry events.

10+ years in federal business development.

Successful track record of contract awards in excess of $75M per year over last two years.

Ability to develop a qualified pipeline of $300M+.

DESIRED:

Prime contract awards of $100M+ full and open.

In depth technical understanding of App Dev, DevSecOps, Oracle ERP, or Cloud.

Proven skillsets in both Business Development and Capture Management.

Ability to contribute to proposal development.
