Position: Front Office Coordinator/Physical Therapy Aide hybrid

Duties:

Create and maintain an inspiring environment - waiting room, clinical treating areas, evaluation rooms

Set up and take down of passive modalities and exercise equipment

Instruct, motivate, safeguard patients under the direct supervision of a clinician

Input accurate notes and exercise data into the flowsheet on the software

Warmly welcome and check in patients as they enter our clinic

Schedule patients to their prescribed frequency and duration

Review patient financial agreements and collecting patient payments

Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent

Personable, energetic, and capable of working with a diverse group of people

Reliable and professional with the ability to place value on and maintain patient care as the number one priority

Effective oral and written communication skills
