To our sites in Champs-sur-Marne (77420) and Palaiseau (91120), we are looking for a new colleague to join us as: HR Business Partner (H/F)

You will be responsible for the employees in France for two business groups (CALID-BNANO). In close coordination with HR site management France, you will take care of all employee’s relevant matters. On the business side, you will coordinate closely with the site management in France and the global HR. The local HR BP operates along the prevailing HR standards of the location, as specified by the HR France.

Responsibilities:

Consulting the employees from two business groups (BNANO/CALID) in France with country-specific knowledge, i.e. employment law, location policies, audit requirements which are necessary to be delivered on site, etc. along HR France standards and practices

Taking on HR assignments and HR projects, in close consultation with the site management

Supporting the business in the implementation of the respective business strategy and all business-relevant matters (e.g., sick leaves, maternity leaves, escalations, etc.) after close consultation of priorities with the global HR BP

focusing on front-end activities that deliver direct added value to the business from an HR perspective

acting as a reflection surface for the site management in business groups and HR France for all local, business-related topics that need to be considered.

Participating in HR updates of the HR France team

Working on HR France systems along defined HR SOPs

Ensuring efficient collaboration with the Bruker Service Center

You are an HR referent, able to work in a team and with a variety of operational staff. Close to the field, you enjoy working in close contact with employees, while contributing a strategic vision. Other tasks may be added to this comprehensive and rewarding position.

Qualifications:

BAC+5 degree in management, HR or labour law (or significant experience in an HRBP position)

Fluency in English (min. B2) and French (min. C1) oral/written

Proven knowledge of employment labour law 

Data analytics: being able to collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources, such as employee surveys, performance reviews, turnover rates, and market trends, to provide insights and recommendations for improving people practices and outcomes

Business acumen: having a solid grasp of the key drivers, processes, and financial aspects of the business, as well as the industry and competitive landscape, to align HR initiatives with business objectives and priorities

Change management: being able to plan, implement, and evaluate change initiatives, such as organizational restructuring, culture transformation, or digitalization, to ensure smooth transitions and minimize resistance and disruption

Communication: being able to communicate effectively and persuasively with different audiences and stakeholders, such as senior leaders, line managers, employees, and external partners, using various channels and formats, such as presentations, reports, emails, and social media

Project management: being able to define, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, such as talent acquisition, learning and development, or employee engagement, using appropriate tools and methodologies, such as agile, scrum, or waterfall

Proficient in MS Office 365 applications
