Hours/Week: Full-Time (3x12-hour shifts)

Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $45.00
Salary: $62,400 - $93,600 annually
Bonuses and Relocation:
Commencement Bonus up to $20,000 for Full-Time and Part-Time positions
Student Loan Repayment Program up to $15,750
Relocation Bonus up to $17,500 for candidates living beyond 100 miles
Job Overview:
The Respiratory Care Practitioner plays a key role in the healthcare team, providing age-appropriate care to a diverse patient population. The RT must demonstrate knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and adhere to AARC standards of practice. Responsibilities include providing professional respiratory care services, collaborating with peers and physicians, and ensuring safe and effective care for all patients. The role requires ventilator management, transport involvement, and experience working with a range of respiratory care equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver respiratory care services to patients of all age groups
Operate and manage respiratory care equipment such as ventilators, bipap, and high-flow oxygen devices
Assist with patient transports and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain documentation and EMR records
Adhere to hospital policies and protocols for patient care

Certifications Required:
BLS (AHA)
ACLS
PALS (AHA) (obtainable within 6 months of hire)
NRP
NBRC
State License Requirements:
