Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist
Location: Lancaster, New Hampshire
Shift Type: Days
Shift Times: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Hours/Day: Full-Time and Part-Time available (3x12-hour shifts)
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
On Call Requirements: 2-3 nights per week
Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $45.00
Salary: $62,400 - $93,600 per year
Bonuses:
Up to $20,000 Commencement Bonus for FT/PT positions
Student Loan Repayment program of up to $15,750
Relocation Bonus up to $17,500 for those living beyond 100 miles
Job Overview:
The Respiratory Care Practitioner is an integral part of the healthcare team, providing age-appropriate care to a diverse patient population. This individual will follow hospital policies and the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) standards of practice. The Respiratory Care Practitioner must demonstrate professionalism, knowledge, and skill in all interactions with peers, patients, and families, and must be willing to assist in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide respiratory care to patients of all age groups
Operate and maintain respiratory care equipment including Drager Ventilators, Transport Vent Zoll, Bipap V60, and Vapotherm
Perform ABG tests using Gem analyzers and utilize Meditech for EMR documentation
Assist with patient transports in a rural hospital setting (25 beds)
Participate in continuing education programs
Respond to emergency situations, provide critical care, and follow evidence-based practices
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards
Equipment in Department:
Drager Ventilators
Transport Vent Zoll
Bipap V60
High Flow Oxygen Vapotherm
ABG Gem
EMR Meditech

PALS and NRP certification (must obtain within 6 months of hire)
State License Requirements:
