Job Title: Social Worker

Shift Type: Days
Shift Times: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours/Day: 8 hours
Shift Notes: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with a minimum of one late evening shift per week. Additional hours may be expected, including evenings and weekends.

Salary Range: $56,000 - $75,000 annually (based on licensing and experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 (paid out after 30 days)
Role Overview:
This is a community-based therapist position working with children, adolescents, and their families in their homes, schools, and communities. As a Community-Based Children's Therapist, you will use a trauma-informed approach and person-centered therapeutic interventions to promote healing and growth for vulnerable youth. This role supports youth with intense needs and provides opportunities for further training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). The Home-Based Program fosters creativity, empathy, and compassion while offering flexible scheduling to meet both client and clinician needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide home and community-based therapy services to children and adolescents with intense emotional and behavioral needs.
Use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other community partners to ensure continuity of care.
Complete clinical documentation and progress reports in a timely manner.
Participate in ongoing training and receive clinical supervision to enhance skills and provide high-quality care.
Flexible schedule to allow for meeting clients' needs, with potential for flex time off or shorter work weeks.

Must meet the qualifications for Childrens Mental Health Professional (CMHP) within 120 days of hire.
Valid drivers license with a favorable driving record required, as therapy is conducted in the community.
License Requirements:
Michigan state licensure: LPC, LMSW, LLP, or limited license.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. No sponsorship is available for this role.
