About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Construction Superintendent to join the hive on behalf of one of our clients. In this role, you'll take ownership of overseeing construction projects, utilizing your expertise in multi-family, healthcare, or private equity construction. If you're passionate about construction management and have a proven track record of leadership and quality project delivery, we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

Lead project teams in managing and overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Establish and implement schedules using MS Project, reviewing progress and making adjustments as necessary.

Mentor and guide team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless communication between field and office teams, addressing challenges and delivering solutions promptly.

Ensure site safety and quality by regularly inspecting job sites and enforcing compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks.

Core Competencies:

Proven history as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family Wood Frame, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects.

Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

What You Bring:

A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven history of leading multi-family, healthcare, or private equity construction projects.

Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.

Must not commute more than 90 minutes with traffic to the Cape.

Skills Required:

Project Management: MS Project, scheduling, and construction planning.

Team Leadership: Experience managing large teams with a focus on mentorship.

Safety & Quality Compliance: Knowledge of OSHA and quality assurance protocols.

Construction Expertise: Multi-family, healthcare, or private equity construction experience.

Certifications:

Preferred: OSHA Certification, PMP Certification.

Education:

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.

Work Environment & Benefits:

Competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000

Must be available for 100% onsite work.
