Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Location: Massachusetts (In-Person, Full-Time)

As a Construction Superintendent, you'll lead the charge in ensuring our projects are built to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Superintendent who is not just a manager but a mentor, team builder, and leader. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring that schedules are met, teams collaborate seamlessly, and the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained. You'll work on impactful projects such as multi-family wood frame, healthcare, and commercial builds.

What You'll Do:

Implement SOPs: Ensure adherence to company standards for quality, safety, and operational excellence on all projects.

Manage Job Sites: Oversee daily site activities, document progress, and lead teams in alignment with project plans.

Team Leadership: Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and guidance to create a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Collaborate: Facilitate regular communication between your team and the Project Management team to ensure smooth project execution.

Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and coordinate with teams to develop effective, timely solutions.

Safety Leadership: Schedule and lead pre-construction safety meetings, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety plans.

Leadership & Scheduling:

Lead your team with a focus on growth and development, providing mentorship and promoting continuous learning.

Use MS Project to develop and maintain project schedules, including baseline schedules and weekly updates.

Communicate scheduling updates through three-week look-ahead reviews with the project team and subcontractors.

Quality & Safety Management:

Establish quality benchmarks and incorporate them into the project schedule.

Implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) protocols, ensuring that all subcontractors meet our standards.

Regularly review site safety, ensuring compliance with all OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family Wood Frame, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects.

Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Proficiency in MS Project and experience with scheduling and project management tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
