Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)

Salary: Up to $175,000 annually, with a robust benefits package

What You’ll Do:

Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans.

Diagnose and manage a range of health conditions with a focus on continuity of care.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest quality of care.

Educate patients and families on disease management and preventative care.

Requirements

Requirements:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.

Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.

Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
