Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)

Salary: Up to $175,000 annually, with a robust benefits package

Your Role:

Provide top-notch primary care services, from preventive health assessments to chronic disease management.

Establish meaningful connections with patients and their families to promote long-term health.

Coordinate care with other healthcare providers to deliver holistic patient care.

Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records using Athena EHR.

Requirements

Requirements:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.

Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.

Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
