Job Description

Brightspeed is looking for a driven, creative, and energetic Sales Operations Analyst to join our Community Transformations team! As the Sales Operations Analyst you will report to the Senior Sales Operations Manager or the Director of Sales Operations.  

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing sales processes and systems, maintaining CRM data integrity, and providing actionable insights through sales analytics to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness. 

As a Sales Operations Analyst, Your Responsibilities Will Include: 

Data Management: Maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 

Sales Analytics: Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance. 

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance sales and operational efficiency. 

Support: Assist sales teams with planning, forecasting, and operational tasks. 

Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to support strategic planning and goal setting. 

Technology Utilization: Implement and manage tools and technologies that support the sales process.
