Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls, responding to inquiries and providing information about products and services.

Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues efficiently.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while dealing with customer concerns or complaints.

Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in our system.

Educate customers about new products, services, and promotions to enhance their experience.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Meet individual and team performance goals and metrics.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is highly desirable.

Strong verbal communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent service.

Ability to listen actively and empathise with customers while ensuring their needs are met.

Proficient in using computers and comfortable with multiple software applications.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volume with ease.
