Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy reception area and manage the flow of visitors.
Provide information about the company and its services to clients and guests.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
Assist with other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
