Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Salary Range: $24.00 - $27.00/hour

Shift Type: Days

Hours/Day: 8 hours

Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Shift Schedule: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Weekend Requirements: Based on case load may include overtime

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mobile Radiologic Technologist to join our team. This position involves providing mobile X-ray and EKG services (if applicable) to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating portable radiography equipment and producing high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation by radiologists.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed radiography (CR) equipment.

Submit/transmit images to radiologists for interpretation.

Transport and unload portable X-ray equipment from company-provided vehicle and perform exams at the patients bedside.

Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images.

Perform EKGs and transmit results for cardiologist interpretation if required.

Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily as per protocol.

Communicate regularly and professionally with peers, management, and clients.

Maintain portable radiology equipment and the company vehicle.

Perform other duties as assigned and outlined in the full job description and company handbook.

Must maintain required state licenses and health requirements.

Valid drivers license in good standing.

COVID-19 vaccination is required for all employees unless an exemption is approved with proper documentation.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
