Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Raleigh, NC
Shift Type: Nights
Shift Times: Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $33.00
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Job Overview:
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will provide essential diagnostic imaging services across various healthcare settings, including skilled nursing facilities, prisons/jails, and home health environments. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality X-ray images and performing EKG tests as required, ensuring efficient delivery to physicians for interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
Unload portable X-ray equipment and travel to healthcare facilities to perform exams ordered by physicians.
Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images.
Perform EKGs (as required) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily as per protocol.
Regularly communicate with dispatch, management, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment to ensure operational readiness.
