Shift Schedule Options:
Friday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Weekend Requirements: Yes
On-Call Requirements: Possible
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Shift Differential: $1.50 for shifts starting from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Relocation Assistance: Possible (discussed at interview)
State Licensure Reimbursement: Available after 90 days of employment
Job Overview:
As a Mobile X-Ray & EKG Technician, you will provide essential diagnostic imaging services to various healthcare settings, including skilled nursing facilities, prisons/jails, and home health environments. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality X-ray images and EKG readings and ensuring efficient delivery to physicians for interpretation. This role involves traveling to different facilities with portable equipment and requires strong communication and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
Transmit X-ray images to Radiologists for interpretation.
Perform EKGs (if applicable) and transmit results to Cardiologists.
Unload and transport portable X-ray equipment to various locations.
Ensure clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images.
Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily as per protocol.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment to ensure operational readiness.
