What You’ll Do:
Generate appointments by building rapport with potential customers
Handle Inbound calls from various sources including; TV, Radio, Direct Mail, Facebook, Search, and various other internet source
Make Outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 40% - NO MORE COLD CALLS!
Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives
Be the liaison between potential customers as an inside sales representative on our team
What You’ll Bring:
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a goal-oriented environment
Providing customers an amazing experience
Excellent computer and voice skills with attention to detail
Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
High energy and willingness to learn
Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
Scheduling availability between 3pm to 8pm, with at least 1 weekend day availability
