Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance and Driver Seasonal Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role requires flexibility in work days and hours, as our industry can be demanding but also incredibly rewarding and fun. You will assist with building maintenance tasks, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests while using your technical skills to troubleshoot and repair various systems. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for transporting guests around Snowmass Village and/or to the Aspen airport in a transit van.This role requires excellent driving skills, knowledge of traffic laws, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist engineering personnel with routine repairs and preventive maintenance.

Respond to guest requests promptly, ensuring their personal comfort and satisfaction.

Perform general maintenance tasks across the property, focusing on cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.

Utilize hand tools and diagnostic devices to troubleshoot and repair equipment in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry areas.

Prepare for daily assignments by reviewing priorities and special projects.

Demonstrate effective time management to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Maintain a high standard for the proper use of all equipment and uphold safety protocols.

Foster a positive team environment and interact with guests, enhancing their overall experience.

Working Conditions:

This position may require working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings. Physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment, may be necessary. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Driver's License: Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or engineering preferred.

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in a similar position or equivalent experience in building maintenance.

Knowledge:

Basic understanding of building maintenance fields, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry systems.

Proficient in using hand tools and other equipment for repairs and maintenance.

Experience with basic diagnostic devices and troubleshooting principles.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills; a “people person” who enjoys working with a team and interacting with guests.

Flexibility in schedule to accommodate the demands of the business.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Wage Information:

Hourly Rate: $22.00 to $25.00 an hour.
