Unit Description:
Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 5 for Good Samaritan Medical Center located in Brockton, MA. In this role you will lead a team of supervisory and hourly employees.
Good Samaritan is an accute care 224 bed hospital providing comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and Level III Trauma emergency services to Brockton and 22 neighboring communities.
The successful candidate will:
have oversight of all day-to-day operations for all food operations
effectively lead the team through all managers and front line staff
ensure delivery of high quality food services including cafeteria retail, patient meal, and catering operations
achieve company and client financial targets and goals
ensure HACCP, regulatory and Sodexo standards compliance
