Responsibilities:

*  Institute and maintain programs that ensure conformance to quality inspection procedures and standards;

*  Plan, coordinate, and direct the quality program to ensure the continuous production of products consistent with established standards;

*  Perform audits of manufacturing facility to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs);

*  Work with Corporate Quality to assure the quality objectives are met;

*  Monitor incoming raw materials inspection and testing for conformance to specifications;

*  Audit/review all Quality documents to ensure that they are completed promptly and accurately;

*  Evaluate and process customer complaints and facilitate corrective action;

*  Manage the processing of non-conforming products and documentation of the same;

*  Embodies commitment for a safe workplace - leading by example;

*  Manage plant resin program, and all department records;

*  Train and manage Quality personnel team;

Qualifications:

*  College degree in a Techanical Field and/or Quality Field preferred;

*  Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Quality Manager for a manufacting facility;

*  Capable of obtaining ISO and AIB Certifications with first six (6) months;

*  Experience with Plastics Injection Molding, Food Packaging, and/or other manufacturing processes strongly preferred;

*  Effective communication skills with co-workers at all levels;

*  Capable of working extended work days and weekends, as required - including overtime;

*  Commitment to maintaining a strong team and positive working environment.
