Key Responsibilities:

Learn and adapt to the company's purchasing process by requesting prices from Vendors and placing purchase orders 

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations in a timely manner to meet internal deadlines. 

Assist with daily bank reconciliation procedures including use of both spreadsheets and bank reconciliation software to match records and identify reconciling items. 

Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve reconciling differences and research issues and/or discrepancies. 

Scan and retain digital and hard-copy documents in accordance with internal policies and for audit and internal purposes. 

Follow established standards, procedures, and applicable laws. 

Ensure completeness and accuracy of data. 

Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Must be comfortable being assertive in Purchasing to get the best buy. 

Bilingual in Mandarin a plus. 

Must be comfortable developing estimates. 

Minimum 4 years business/accounting experience required, preferably as an accounting clerk. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. 

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 

Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
