REQUIREMENTS Experience in networking & cloud/virtualization. Very experienced in networking (router/switch/VPN/firewall), system (Linux/Windows/Container) and applications. Having experience with VMware a big plus. Good trouble shooting/debugging skill

Responsibilities:

Lab Management, networking and virtualization (e.g. Firewall, Switches, Routers, DNS, DHCP server, VMware vCenter & ESXi) and all cloud services (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, docker hub)

Maintain and harden all servers in lab, and control individual's access Provide HA in lab (e.g. redundant HW, etc)

Manage all aspects of the networking platform

Integrate latest tools, radios & servers to Highway 9 environments

Troubleshoot network & system issues 

Monitor active network and server infrastructure 

Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment 

Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches

Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures

Document all technical procedures and user guides

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a network or systems administrator

Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Deadline and detail-oriented

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
