We are seeking both a Seasonal Part-time and Full-time talented technical designer, preferably with hands-on building experience, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of work experience in event, exhibition, furniture, and retail design. Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to solve problems efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop 3D models in CAD for a wide variety of projects, both large and small.
Produce descriptive and clear shop drawings, install directives, client design proposals, and renderings.
Collaborate with the production team to integrate client feedback while ensuring feasibility for production.
Prepare files for vendors, including image files for printing, and CAD files for CNC machines.
Program parts and cut lists for CNC milling, laser cutting, 3D printing, and other automated equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in industrial design, architecture, or a related field.
Over 3 years of professional work experience.
Knowledge of and interest in art, fashion, design, and architecture.
Expert level proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper.
High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, and Windows.
Experience in CNC programming (Fusion 360 is a plus).
Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
Understanding of fabrication techniques and the ability to translate them into technical drawings.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
Essential qualities include a positive, helpful attitude, sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused, even when things get busy.
Benefits
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 (Dependent on experience)
