About the Role
The Transportation & Parking Supervisor is responsible for the day to day supervision of all property parking needs.
Position Responsibilities
Coordinates with Baggage Handling to ensure proper movement of luggage.
Ensures the smooth and efficient flow of the valet parking system
Performs administrative functions including scheduling, associate evaluations, counseling and training sessions
Assists in all customer transportation services, including but not limited to limousines, buses, helicopter, etc.
Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areas
Must possess valid New Jersey Driver’s License with clean driving record
Minimum High School degree/GED or equivalent experience preferred
A minimum of 2 years of appropriate experience and/or management training in Parking related positions
The ability to effectively communicate in English
Essential Functions
Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areas
Must possess valid New Jersey Driver’s License with clean driving record
What’s Required
Minimum High School degree/GED or equivalent experience preferred
A minimum of 2 years of appropriate experience and/or management training in Parking related positions
The ability to effectively communicate in English
