Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is looking for a committed Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our outpatient clinic. In this role, you will conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients across the lifespan. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing various mental health challenges and fostering positive community outcomes. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and support, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys effectively. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of those you serve.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
Active Washington state licensure as LICSW.
You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
