Full time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is looking for a committed Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our outpatient clinic. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions for clients of all ages. Your expertise will play a key role in meeting mental health needs and enhancing the well-being of our community. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure that clients receive holistic care tailored to their unique situations. This position provides the chance to engage in meaningful work that positively influences individuals and families in need of support.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.

Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.

Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.

Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

Active Washington state licensure as LICSW.

You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.

You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.

You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.

You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
