Position Overview: As an LCSW, you’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
Partner with healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care plans.
Advocate for client rights and connect them with community resources.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and treatment outcomes.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current licensure as LCSW in the state.
Must have experience working with older adults.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
