We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to clients of all ages. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing mental health needs and fostering positive outcomes for our community.
Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
Provides counseling and crisis intervention for patients, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral issues.
Consults and collaborates with family members and support systems regarding treatment and discharge planning for clients.
Communicates with physicians to update them on patient progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or existing issues.
Keeps accurate and timely records, including clinical notes and progress reports, in accordance with departmental policies.
Collaborates closely with healthcare team members to develop treatment plans and discharge strategies based on psychosocial assessments and standard social work interventions.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
Active California state licensure as LCSW.
You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
