Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + full benefits

What You’ll Do:

Conduct individual, couple, and family sessions, tailoring your approach to meet each client’s specific needs.

Perform thorough evaluations to gain insight into each client’s emotional and behavioral health.

Create and adjust treatment plans that address psychiatric diagnoses, personal struggles, and overall wellness.

Offer a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to help clients see a brighter future.

Record progress, insights, and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.

Provide valuable insights to management on client care strategies and organizational health.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Current licensure as LMFT in the California.

Has a maximum 2 years of experience.

Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.

Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.

Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.

Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
