We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients and their families. Your expertise will be essential in addressing relational dynamics and fostering positive outcomes for our community.
Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year, plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities
Formulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.
Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution
Active California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to the table, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services
Show off your knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
