Apple Roofing is currently seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our production process to ensure the timely and successful completion of roofing projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule roofing projects to meet deadlines

Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors

Track and monitor project progress, including material orders and deliveries

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the production process

Maintain accurate documentation and project records

Assist with budgeting and cost control measures

Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows

Provide regular updates and reports to management

Requirements

Previous experience in a production coordination/management or similar role

Knowledge of roofing systems and processes (3+ years)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Previous CRM experience

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license
