Responsibilities:
Customer Communication to update project status.
Maintain Excel Spreadsheet and CRM with pertinent information on the job including dates, material order and scheduling.
Perform general clerical duties: photocopying, mailing, scanning and uploading documents.
Support staff in assigned project-based work.
Work with Field Supervisors and Installers daily to provide and receive information on ongoing projects.
Work with Sales/ Production/ Warehouse and Operations personnel and managers.
Other duties as assigned or reassigned by direct supervisor or senior management.
Qualifications:
Previous residential experience in home remodeling a plus, but not required.
Extreme time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a patient and calming manner.
Team player with the ability to take on more and grow within the role and the company!
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to pass a background check.
