Requirements

What you will do:

As an Architect, you will work as part of an integrated, cohesive project team with a team of 2-5 architects and interior design professionals. This position is ideal for early to mid-career architects with exceptional talent who are seeking increased opportunities.

Managing client expectations, team communication, and oversight of consultant coordination, including full documentation coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustical, accessibility, building envelope, life safety, etc.)

Participate in business development activities, including interview presentations and concept development for potential projects.

Coordinate Quality Assurance activities and proactively identify, communicate, mitigate, and resolve project-related issues, including submittals/substitution requests during construction and RFIs

Ensure that all design deliverables and project documentation meet internal and external project requirements including time, budget, and scope.

Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project

Your Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is licensed and has 5+ years of experience.

Proficiency in Revit required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Ability to interact professionally with firm leadership and clients.

Ability to work with minimal direction and self-manage tasks from start to finish with minimal oversight.

Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, codes, and techniques to ensure constructability, sustainability, code compliance, and budget adherence of concepts developed.

Strong orientation towards client satisfaction and interest in business development preferred.
