Key Responsibilities
Input and update project data
Process documents and complete billing tasks
Assist with time-off requests, safety reports, and general administrative tasks
Requirements
Ability to work in the San Carlos office M-F, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
3-5 years of admin experience, with construction or accounting knowledge as a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Adaptable, strong communicator, and a good problem solver
