We are currently looking for a highly-motivated and energetic Senior Air Compliance and Permitting Engineer. to service the air permitting and compliance needs of our industrial and institutional clients.

Your new role
The candidate in this role will possess the technical skills required to lead and execute complex air compliance projects, the business development skills to develop new clients and project opportunities, and the interpersonal and communication skills to enhance existing client and regulator relationships.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Prepare federal and state air permit application materials
Prepare and quantify emissions estimates, including emission calculation spreadsheets and databases for stationary and mobile sources
Prepare and assist with the submission of Tier II and Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reports complying with the Emergency Planning Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA)
Conduct air permitting/compliance regulatory reviews
Prepare plans, reports, permit applications, and other project documents; lead technical evaluations of data commensurate with experience
About you
B.S. in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering, minimally, with an Environmental Consultant background.
8+ years of experience, with preference in the environmental consulting field.
Ideal candidate has knowledge and experience in air regulatory compliance, permitting, and dispersion modeling, etc. Other environmental compliance experiences will be considered.
Highly motivated, team-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced environment, with the desire and skills to provide client, project, and staff management functions.
Occasional local travel (5-10%), as required.

At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $91,000 and $103,000.
