Job Description
ITW Nexus Global is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to assist our sales team in selling innovative plastic buckles and accessories used on backpacks, luggage, helmets, and flotation devices. ITW Nexus Global is based in Des Plaines Illinois. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining current customers, while finding new customers by understanding their challenges and needs. The successful candidate will help identify new product opportunities for customers, as well as highlight the use of existing products for customers. The successful candidate will assist in marketing the latest products, develop leads, and foster sales opportunities by utilizing in - person visits and online communications.
Engage prospects via in person travel, email, and message potential customers to generate sales.
Follow up with customers to gauge their satisfaction and build customer relationships.
Firsthand marketing and presentations for individual customers to explain product benefits/advantages over those of our competitors.
Study details of our new products and gain familiarity with our target audience to facilitate strong interaction with current and potential customers.
Demonstrate authenticity and the ability to build relationships with potential customers.
Meet or surpass goals in the following sales categories, outreach, lead development, and/or product sales.
The successful candidate must be available for night calls with Asia as well as multiple trips to Asia.
Occasional weekend travel required.
