Overview:

As the Title Rate Coordinator, you are responsible for auditing, updating, maintaining, and interpreting the Title Insurance Rates and various State Rate Manuals for the Title Insurance Underwriters utilized by the company. 

What you will do 

Review Underwriter State Rate Manuals

Review Underwriter Bulletins for Rate/Form Changes

Audit State Rates in Proprietary System and Title Rate Engines

Assist with Monthly Underwriter Remittance

Act as Mortgage Connect Resident Expert in Title Insurance Rates

Work with Senior Management to Prioritize Requests/Defects on Business Impacts/Strategic Goals

Additional Duties, as assigned

What you will bring 

Bachelor’s Degree or 3-Years’ Experience in Title Insurance Industry

Title Insurance Experience Required

Working Knowledge of Title Insurance Rates

Strong Customer Service Focus

Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines

Capability to Work both Independently and as part of a Team

Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask

Proficient with Computers, Including Typing (Minimum of 35wpm Required)
