The Good Eating Company has a simple philosophy, Setting the definitive standard in workplace dining. We believe that fabulous, fresh food is the secret to a happy and dedicated workforce. That’s why we take pride in producing inspiring and well-balanced dishes every day. We deliver a wide range of services from retail, catering, and on-site dining services. The Operations Manager of food service will support the total unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of hourly staff with a focus on excellent customer experience. The clients have created a beautiful, contemporary “workplace of the future”, – this role will be responsible for delivering services that match the environment. We are looking for candidates who will:have oversight of daily operations
deliver high quality food service
develop and maintain client and customer relationships
create a positive environment for employees

experience managing food retail outlets
