Sodexo Campus Dining is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Manager 2 for Troy University, in Troy, AL.  Troy is just an hour from the state capital of Montgomery, and 3 1/2 hour drive to the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shore, AL.   This Food Operations Manager 2 will oversee day to day operations for the Student Dining Hall serving up to 4,000 students and faculty.  This is a great Career Opportunity for someone looking to grow their food service career!

have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively; 

have 3 - 4 years management experience in a multi-unit high volume dining - Retail or Concessions a Plus; 

can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; 

prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and

demonstrate working knowledge of Food Management Systems and proficiency in computer skills/report management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
