Overview:
Carolina Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine has an immediate opening for a TEMPORARY Front Desk Coordinator, in our fun and engaging Mt. Pleasant clinic on a full-time basis.
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients between check-in, treatment, and check-out. The Front Desk Coordinator is a point of contact for all non-clinical patient services.

Job Duties:
Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service
Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
Call new referrals and manage the phone system
Electronic scheduling
Verify patient demographics and insurance information
Update patient charts as needed
Reconciliation of the day prior
Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
High school graduate or higher
1+ years of previous medical front office experience
Excellent communicator
Proficient in Word and Excel
Previous experience with medical software
Available and flexible with your hours
Detail oriented
Great time management and organizational skills
Contributes to a team environment
This location will be the primary work location but please understand you may be required to cover at other local offices on occasion
