At Denmark Dentistry, we are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday 8:00am- 2:00pm
Responsibilities:
The Dental Front Office Coordinator should:
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Develop productive schedules.
Manage patient documents and records.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications:
1 year of prior experience working in dentistry or related field is preferred
Experience with Dental Software such as Eaglesoft dental software, is preferred
Knowledge of Dental operations is preferred
Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is preferred
Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
