Responsibilities
Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques
Provide support and guidance to clients in managing work-life balance and maintaining mental health
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Collaborate with other therapists and professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Requirements
Master's degree in counseling psychology, social work, or a related field
Valid independent license to practice therapy in the state of New Jersey
Have specific training working with couples (EFT, Gottman, etc.), or the willingness to learn!
15 hours per week minimum
