IST Management Services is seeking an energetic and dynamic individual who is a great communicator with proven customer services skills and a passion to serve others to join our amazing team as a Front Desk Receptionist. This position is located in The Woodlands, TX area and will consist of various front desk duties including answering the main switchboard phone lines, setting up conference room meetings, visitor registrations, inbound/outbound mail & package deliveries, document printing, safety drill assistance, etc, all performed within a corporate working environment. The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented, professional & process driven with a background and focus in customer service reception. Also willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career!

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
The Front Desk Receptionist position will perform various front desk duties including answering the main switchboard phone lines, setting up conference room meetings, visitor registrations, inbound/outbound mail & package delivered, document printing, safety drill assistance, etc. Additional responsibilities include:
Greeting all visitors and guests to the company
Obtain appropriate sign in ID's of all visitors & guests
Assist with badge requests for employees
Updating employee seat charts/lists
Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, sorting mail/package deliveries and other administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation, attention to detail
Adhere to all safety and security procedures
Qualifications:
The qualifications for the Front Desk Receptionist position will include professional demeanor & poise, great communicator, process driven with a passion for customer services. Additional qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
1+years related receptionist experience preferred
Excellent customer services skills required
Ability to meet company's attendance and punctuality standards
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Professional appearance and demeanor
Computer and PC literacy
