Overview:
Renuity is seeking a collaborative and experienced SEO Manager to join our team. This role will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve the online visibility and search rankings of our local businesses. This will be based in our Charlotte, NC office M-Fri with some hybrid flexibility.

What You'll Do:
Conduct local SEO audits and create actionable plans
Perform keyword research to identify valuable search terms, including local and long-tail keywords
Optimize website content, structure, and performance for improved search rankings and organic traffic
Build local SEO pages based on high-volume keywords across all division websites
Automate repetitive tasks and leverage AI responsibly for content creation
Use internal or third-party tools to streamline page creation
Manage budget, strategy, and direction for SEO efforts
Optimize local directory listings using Yext
Collaborate with a third-party agency to implement SEO strategies
Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
Analyze data from web analytics platforms to generate actionable insights and reports
Select and implement SEO tools for performance monitoring and reporting
Develop a comprehensive SEO strategy to achieve 100% traffic growth in the first year
Integrate SEO with other channels (e.g., email, SMS) in the lead flow process
Work with content managers to create and publish high-quality, SEO-optimized content
Manage a white-hat link-building campaign for high-quality backlinks
Establish KPIs to align SEO efforts with business goals and ensure team accountability
Build a CRO system and SEO-focused content strategy to optimize lead quality and flow
Enhance directory listings like GBP through Yext for better lead flow
Achieve over 10% of total sales from the SEO channel by year-end
Foster strong relationships with marketing, content, and Martech teams for SEO alignment
Apply innovative growth hacking principles to improve channels beyond SEO
What You'll Bring:
A self-starting, curious, proven performer with at least 4 years of SEO experience
Passionate about innovating in organic search and an innovative, on-the-spot, creative problem solver who demonstrates both technical and analytical skills
Strong data analytics skills; able to pull & manipulate multiple datasets to inform strategy with data
Familiarity with a number of SEO suites and tools
Experience working in the weeds with data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Looker/Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Cloud Projects/Big Query, Google Search Console, SQL, and/or other common reporting platforms
